The WABB Service Recognition Award is presented
annually to an active member who has made significant contributions to
the growth of the Association as well as to the field of Immunohematology
in Wisconsin. The award will be presented at the WABB Fall Educational
Seminar on Wednesday, September 29, 2010.
The recipient will receive a plaque and a cash award. The intent of the
monetary award is to enable the individual to fund an educational experience
to further increase his or her knowledge of blood banking.

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2010 award.
Only current members may nominate candidates, and each member
is eligible to nominate only one individual. The
deadline for nominations for this year’s award is September 10,
2010.
Nominees are evaluated on the basis of their involvement in WABB, their
participation in continuing education (presentations, workshops and publications),
and contributions to other professional organizations. Please take a moment
