After you fill out this online form, you will have the option
to pay via PayPal or print the form and mail it in with your
check. By filling out this online form, even if you are sending a
check, you will be able to print a completed form to mail and will also
be automatically entered into the registration database. However,
you are not registered until we receive payment.
WABB Members must log in to receive
the member discount. (You may log in after you click the Registration
link.) Corporate members
may send up to two people per day at member rates. (Additional attendees
will be registered at non-member rates.)

reserved for the WABB until August 29, 2010. Rooms are available at a
special rate of $99 per night for single and double occupancy. For reservations,
contact the Country Springs Hotel, 2810 Golf Rd, just off Interstate 94.

sure to mention the WI Association of Blood Banks Conference when you
call in order to receive the conference rate.
