check. By filling out this online form, even if you are sending a
check, you will be able to print a completed form to mail and will also
be automatically entered into the registration database. However,
you are not registered until we receive payment.
WABB Members must log in to receive
the member discount. (You may log in after you click the Registration
link.) Corporate members
may send up to two people per day at member rates. (Additional attendees
will be registered at non-member rates.)

LODGING: For overnight accommodations, please make your room reservation directly with Radisson Paper Valley Hotel by calling 1-800-333-3333. The room rates are $108 (plus tax) for standard single or double occupancy. Please indicate that you are with WABB when making your reservation to receive the special room rate. The Hotel Reservation deadline is 08/14/17.

WABB is a P.A.C.E.® provider. P.A.C.E.® contact hours can be earned through WABB workshops and seminars.
Case Study Workshops are generally presented once
a year in the spring at a member hospital. They are "hands-on"
workshops where actual serological testing is performed in small group settings.
